BCforward created an Organizational Change Management Plan for a global Healthcare provider that expanded engagement of their millenial employees.
Leadership in Information Technology for a global healthcare company wanted to invest in the development of their newly hired employees. They thoughtfully developed an empowerment program designed to provide training and support services for new hires, which included mentorship and development opportunities for existing IT employees.
The information technology department wanted to increase on-going development of employees, new hires and support opportunities for continued learning. Fortunately for them, BCforward was enlisted to provide strategic development of their new employee on boarding program that supports the culture and values of their information technology department.
Program scoping included the empowerment of employees and continued engagement with training, support services and mentorship of new IT hires. Program facets included advisory conception, development, coordination and promotion toward regularly scheduled sessions, events and workshops. Multi-media content and planning support has expanded to the entire global enterprise. We assisted with conceptualized facets, planning, and development and coordination of multimedia content. Program support included but not limited to: photographs, blogs, articles, videos and other adult learning elements, while event planning and communication coordination resulted in consistent engagement for staff development.
What Success looks like:
BCforward has helped conceptualize facets of the Program since its inception as an advisor, facilitator, coordinator, and content development contributor. Content developed, supported and maintained in support of the program includes, but is not limited to; photographs, video, blogs and articles. We also coordinate event planning and communication plan management, through scheduling and facilitating monthly learning sessions and quarterly events for the enterprise. BCforward produces multi-media promotional content for a global audience in support of the Program, its events, and on-going communications to drive employee engagement for continued success for our client.
