Founder & CEO
Justin founded BCforward in 1998 after graduating from DePauw University with a BA in Computer Science. As CEO, he leads the company’s overall corporate strategy and cultivates executive-level relationships with customers and corporate partners. He serves as a member on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, and The DePauw University Board of Trustees, among others. Justin is also a member of the Business Equity for Indianapolis Taskforce. In 2020, Ernst & Young (EY) named Justin a National Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner. He and his wife live in Zionsville, Indiana, and they have four children.
President
Kunal has decades of experience in a multitude of leadership roles in the workforce management industry, having helped organizations scale dramatically and achieve their ambitious goals. His wealth of global experience, strong strategic mindset, and thorough understanding of the industry enables him to help BCforward clients innovate and grow around the globe. Kunal is a graduate of the University of Washington and when not delivering exceptional results for clients, he enjoys traveling to all corners of the world where he has now visited over 45 countries.
Chief Operating Officer
Jen Franklin leads BCforward’s global delivery services, supporting client satisfaction and candidate exerience leveraging 15+ years of project, product, and service management experience.
A proud Boilermaker, Jen graduated with degree in English and Communication from Purdue University. Jen lives in Indianapolis with her husband and their three daughters.
Chief Information Officer
As a global organization, technology plays a critical role in how we collaborate across regions, serve our clients, and support each other. Jon brings deep experience leading technology organizations through growth and change, with a strong focus on building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that help teams feel empowered to do their best work.
In his role, Jon will focus on ensuring our tools, platforms, and data better support how our teams work – aligning technology decisions closely with business needs so our tools are a true enabler of performance, collaboration, and accountability for BCforward. With our tools reducing the need for manual processes and improving access to information, we can spend more time focused on delivering results for our clients and candidates.
Jon’s background includes building technology consulting practices at Accenture and Randstad, as well as serving as a Chief Technology Officer for a retail organization. Originally from New York City, Jon holds degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany and currently lives in the Atlanta metro area with his wife and three children.

Vice President, Sales
Kris Katelman leads BCforward’s global sales organization’s business development activities supporting clients’ objectives with our talent network and workforce management services – Payforward & Talentforward.
Kris has held various positions in sales leadership with responsibility for business development in staffing, workforce solutions and consulting services over the past 15 years, following his start in the industry as a recruiter.
Kris graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. He lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife and three children.

As a member of the BCforward leadership team for more than 15 years, Greg is responsible for the overall performance of key divisions within the Sales organization. With more than 20 years’ experience in Human Capital Management, Greg’s professional journey includes formative roles in business development, operations management, and human resources. As a partner with Fortune 500 companies, Greg serves as an advisor in identifying and implementing strategic workforce solutions to solve the key issues facing today’s organizations. He is proud alumnus of the University of Connecticut and currently resides in Indianapolis with his wife and three children.
Executive Vice President, Client Delivery
Meghna Nehra leads enterprise delivery and operational transformation at BCforward, bringing 20+ years of experience in staffing, consulting, and large-scale global operations. She is known for driving scalable growth, strengthening client partnerships, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact.
Based in Seattle, Meghna has been recognized as an SIA Top 100 Woman in Staffing. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, long walks with her Pomeranian, and reading.
Vice President, Marketing
Britni Sehgal leads marketing strategy and go-to-market execution at BCforward, bringing 15+ years of experience building brands, driving demand, and enabling revenue growth across staffing, consulting, and technology services. She has built and scaled marketing functions from the ground up, partnering closely with sales and executive leadership to deliver measurable business impact.
Based in Atlanta, Britni holds an undergraduate degree from DePaul University and a graduate degree from City St. George’s, University of London. She enjoys spending time with her family, community involvement, and exploring as much of the world as possible.
Vice President, Professional Services
Joe joins BCforward following 21 years at Allegis, where he played a key role in building and scaling their Procurement Solutions suite of services. His experience within one of the most respected organizations in our industry brings valuable perspective as we continue to evolve our capabilities.
As a recognized leader with deep thought-leadership and transformation delivery experience, Joe has a strong track record of scaling industry leading services organizations. His background reflects a consistent focus on client outcomes, delivery excellence, and disciplined execution, with a proven ability to closely partner with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure services are designed, sold and delivered with high quality.
As Vice President of Professional Services, Joe will be responsible for end‑to‑end professional services delivery— from deal pursuit through execution. He will lead the development of a scalable services strategy across solution design, pricing, delivery readiness, and governance. In close partnership with Sales, Joe will help advance our services offerings in support of our go-to-market strategy and strengthen alignment between pipeline demand and delivery capacity.
Joe’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to execute on our go-to-market strategy— positioning professional services as a strategic growth engine and a key differentiator for BCforward.
Chief Legal Officer
Kristin Dutton leads legal strategy and enterprise governance at BCforward, bringing more than 20 years of experience across corporate governance, compliance, employment law, commercial law, M&A, and contract management. She is known for building scalable legal and compliance functions that support business growth while strengthening operational discipline and risk management.
Throughout her career, Kristin has partnered closely with executive leadership teams to align legal strategy with business priorities, oversee complex legal and compliance matters, and support organizational growth through practical, business-focused guidance.
Kristin plays a key role in supporting BCforward‘s continued growth by strengthening governance and aligning legal operations to the evolving needs of the business.
