Founder & CEO
Justin founded BCforward in 1998 after graduating from DePauw University with a BA in Computer Science. As CEO, he leads the company’s overall corporate strategy and cultivates executive-level relationships with customers and corporate partners. He serves as a member on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, and The DePauw University Board of Trustees, among others. Justin is also a member of the Business Equity for Indianapolis Taskforce. In 2020, Ernst & Young (EY) named Justin a National Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner. He and his wife live in Zionsville, Indiana, and they have four children.
President
Kunal has decades of experience in a multitude of leadership roles in the workforce management industry, having helped organizations scale dramatically and achieve their ambitious goals. His wealth of global experience, strong strategic mindset, and thorough understanding of the industry enables him to help BCforward clients innovate and grow around the globe. Kunal is a graduate of the University of Washington and when not delivering exceptional results for clients, he enjoys traveling to all corners of the world where he has now visited over 45 countries.
Chief Operating Officer
Jen Franklin leads BCforward’s global delivery services, supporting client satisfaction and candidate exerience leveraging 15+ years of project, product, and service management experience.
A proud Boilermaker, Jen graduated with degree in English and Communication from Purdue University. Jen lives in Indianapolis with her husband and their three daughters.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Pontius leads BCforward’s finance and accounting organization, bringing more than 20 years of finance and operations leadership experience across technology consulting, staffing, and professional services organizations. He partners closely with executive leadership to align financial strategy, operational performance, and investment priorities with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Throughout his career, Scott has helped high-growth organizations scale through organic growth, geographic expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and operational transformation. His experience spans finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, M&A, and broader operational functions, with a focus on building scalable infrastructure and high-performing teams.
Scott plays a key role in supporting BCforward’s continued growth by strengthening financial strategy and operational discipline while helping position the organization to scale effectively for the future. Scott holds a B.A. in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, an M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
