BCforward worked with individual counties and state agencies to create an electronic interface between systems to improve reporting. The first phase of the DevOps initiative encompassed defining a subset of technical methodologies that would be used to create a software implementation plan.
The second phase of the DevOps initiative created the necessary processes to execute the interface and provide the required data. Once testing and data verification activities were executed, the team decommissioned the existing solution. BCforward remained engaged to monitor the new tools deployed in the client’s environment, including a custom-developed error reporting system for ease of troubleshooting.
What Success Looks Like:
The new interface resulted in a faster and more secure data exchange. The state experienced a ninety five percent (95%) increase in reporting. As a result, data integrity and accuracy in the centralized database improved.
