Your California Rights
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under the CCPA as it relates to how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. The CCPA defines “personal information” to include information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. All phrases used under this heading have the same meaning as those phrases defined under the CCPA

You have a right to request that we disclose the following regarding your personal information:
- The categories of personal information we have collected about or from you;
- The categories of sources from which we collected that personal information, and the business or commercial purpose for which we collected the information;
- The categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information, and the business or commercial purpose for said sharing; and
- The specific pieces of personal information collected.
Right to Delete. You have a right to request that we delete your personal information. However, please note we may be permitted to retain certain information necessary to complete the transaction for which the information was collected, detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, identify and repair errors and for various other reasons listed in Civil Code 1798.105(d).

Please note that to protect your personal information and prevent against fraud, we will verify your identity before responding to your request by matching the information provided in your request with the information we have on file about you, and depending on the sensitivity of information requested utilizing more stringent verification methods, including but not limited to requesting additional information from you and/or requiring you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury.
Right to Opt-Out. We do not sell your personal information to third parties and do not plan to do so in the future.
Right of Non-Discrimination. California residents have a right to exercise their rights under the CCPA without suffering discrimination. We will not discriminate against you in any way if you choose to exercise your rights under the CCPA.

We do not sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your information by us to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Note that our response to these requests will be duplicative and more limited than its response to the Right to Know requests under the CCPA (described above).
