We worked with a large pharmacutical company’s IT division and developed an updated, modernized graphic representing the framework to demonstrated how work is accomplished within the IT organization to support business outcomes. Simultaneously, a tool kit of training, process documentation, and templates supporting the launch of Agile as a way to get work done with their internal IT were completed. These results culminated in an effort to re-launch the LSEF website with the following goals:
- Focus on how we get work done in IT with consistent terminology and modernized identity
- Educate new employees & suppliers on related resources, methodologies, and services
- Design an interactive, engaging User Experience (UX) with improved usability for multiple personas.
Additionally, BCforward assisted in iterating content for the Agile Boot Camp course, as well as developing a new Scrum Master and Product Owner course. BCforward delivered the first pilot sessions of each of these courses to MD IT participants and will provide on-going service across the enterprise through the IT PMO. Content from this engagement was used to support the launch of Agile within LSEF.
