Project Management

The BCforward Project Management Office – PMforward – is responsible for delivering robust solutions to our clients. This division is a “matrix style” group managed by both our internal Project Management Organization (PMO) and technical area practice directors. PMforward provides core PMO external and internal functions, including project management consulting services, centralized management of project delivery, leadership coaching and training, process improvement identification, and management of PMO methodologies.

The BCforward Project Management Methodology – PMforward – provides solutions through the use of tools and processes to ensures consistent quality with scalable, repeatable project management practices.
