Justin Christian
Justin P. Christian is the CEO & Founder of BCforward. He graduated from Depauw University with a BA in Computer Science. Since founding the company in 1998, he has grown BCforward to be one of the largest IT consulting organizations in the Midwest.
Christian leads the overall BCforward corporate strategy and develops executive level relationships with its customers and corporate partners. He serves as a member of the boards of Goodwill of Central Indiana, Indianapolis Bond Bank and the 500 Festival, among others.
He and his wife live in Zionsville, Indiana and have three daughters.
Douglas R. Heath
Douglas R. Heath is the Vice-President of BCforward. Before joining BCforward, Doug worked as an engineer and was responsible for global business management for both an oil and gas and consumer products company. He then worked as a Regional Manager for the largest consulting and contingent labor company in North America. In his current role, Doug leads overall corporate sales and strategy. Doug graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Chemical Engineering.
He is active in sports and serves on the Presidents Council for the Indianapolis Sports Corp. Doug and his wife live in Carmel, Indiana and have three daughters.
