Company History:

Justin Christian co-founded Bucher + Christian Consulting in 1998 with partner Tony Bucher. A New Yorker, Christian played the trumpet and attended The Juilliard School. He never thought much about leaving the East Coast. But he never ruled anything out, either. He ultimately decided on DePauw University, and then decided to give up the trumpet and focus on a business career instead. He met Bucher when both were working on contracts for Eli Lilly and Co. They decided to form their business and saw good opportunities in Indiana.

In 2009, Bucher + Christian became BCforward, and is currently the largest consulting firm and largest MBE certified firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company provides consulting, outsourcing and staff augmentation services in systems administration, project management, software development, and strategic IT planning. With offices in Chicago, Russia and India, BCforward assures clients on-time delivery of on-budget solutions to their IT-centric outsourcing, staff augmentation and systems solutions needs.
